Based in Porto-Vecchio, with branches across Corsica and overseas territories, Work in SCOP (Sc’Opara) is a dynamic social enterprise dedicated to promoting entrepreneurship, employability, and digital inclusion. Operating in close collaboration with public authorities and regional agencies, the cooperative supports over 100 individuals each year, mainly young job seekers and disadvantaged adults—by helping them develop, test, and sustain business ideas in a safe and supportive environment.
Certified as a Qualiopi-accredited VET centre, Sc’Opara delivers high-quality training in entrepreneurship, digital transition, and business management, including its nationally recognized VSE Entrepreneurprogramme. Actively involved in national initiatives such as “Action Cœur de Ville” and “Digital Transition”, the cooperative plays a key role in revitalizing local economies and bridging the gap between digital tools and traditional business models. Through partnerships with Pôle Emploi, EPA (Entreprendre pour Apprendre), and PEPITE, Sc’Opara fosters innovation, experiential learning, and inclusive entrepreneurship, empowering individuals to build meaningful, future-ready careers.
SYNCNIFY (France)

BUPNET GmbH (Germany)
Founded in 1985, BUPNET GmbH is a renowned adult education and vocational training provider based in Göttingen, Germany. Accredited by TÜV CERT and AZAV, BUPNET upholds the highest quality standards in adult learning and collaborates closely with public authorities, educational institutions, and industry stakeholders. With a dedicated team, BUPNET delivers innovative training in fields such as ICT, entrepreneurship, sustainability, e-commerce, and social inclusion, often within the framework of major EU programmes like Erasmus+, ESF, INTERREG, and Life+.
A pioneer in digital and blended learning, BUPNET has developed multilingual e-learning platforms, mobile applications, and educational tools for platforms such as Moodle and Mahara. The organisation is also the creator of LEVEL5, a widely used competence validation system for recognising informal and non-formal learning. BUPNET’s strength lies in its ability to design competence-based and adaptive microlearning solutions that help individuals upskill, reskill, and transition into new employment sectors.
die Berater GmbH (Austria)
Based in Vienna, die Berater Gemeinnützige GmbH is a non-profit organisation and affiliate of die Berater® Unternehmensberatungs GmbH, one of Austria’s leading adult education and training providers. The organisation operates TOP-Lokal, a socio-economic initiative run in partnership with the Vienna Public Employment Service that helps long-term jobseekers reintegrate into the labour market through transitional employment in the hospitality sector. Alongside vocational training, participants receive personal development coaching, job search support, and guidance on improving their living conditions.
TOP-Lokal also promotes cultural participation through exhibitions and artistic workshops, fostering inclusion and community engagement. With over 15 years of experience in adult education, social integration, and employability programmes, die Berater Gemeinnützige GmbH combines strong pedagogical expertise with a deep social mission. The organisation actively works to protect and empower disadvantaged groups, including migrants, refugees, and people at risk of exclusion, while promoting fairness, tolerance, sustainability, and active citizenship.
CSES (Sweden)
Founded in 2011 as Sweden’s first incubator for social entrepreneurship at Stockholm University, CSES - Center for Social Entrepreneurship, has grown into a respected national non-profit organization driving social innovation and impact entrepreneurship across Sweden and Europe. Since becoming an independent NGO in 2014, CSES has provided coaching, mentoring, and tailored tools to help social entrepreneurs develop sustainable business models that create meaningful societal change.
Recognized by the City of Stockholm as an official partner supporting startups, CSES plays an active role in strengthening Sweden’s innovation and entrepreneurial ecosystem.
